Mustafa Bayrakcı

is a Professor and Head of the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education, Sakarya University. He holds a PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision. His academic interests include education for sustainable development, sustainable schools, inclusive educatifon, school development, information and communication technologies in education, and the management of higher education. Prof. Bayrakcı currently supervises numerous master's and doctoral theses and conducts research projects in these areas. He also has significant experience in European Union projects. He has served as a coordinator, consultant, and researcher in many national and international projects. He has been involved in various types of European Union projects, including school partnerships, learning partnerships, strategic partnership projects, Erasmus+ intensive program projects, and network projects.
